How long does my subscripting last?

It depends on the choice of subscription plan you choose. Monthly, 6 monthly or yearly subscription plans are available choices. However, the longer the subscription you commit to, the more discount you get.

Can I get a subscription fee refund? 

No, your subscription fee is a service fee, where allows you to access a potential lead/ customer for the timeframe you subscribe for.

Please note that, our subscription packages defer from each other, and the level of access and facilities associated with each package is different and refunds can not be subject to this.

However, if you accidentally purchased a lower package and wish to upgrade, we are here to support your wish at any time.

What happens if I miss a payment, or we are unable to collect your next subscription payment?

If for any reason, we were unable to process your next subscription fee, your account will be put on hold, and you won’t be able to access your account with us until you make payment. Be advised that, after 3 months of holding your account back from accessing our introductory services, your account will automatically be deleted, and you will have to sign up again from scratch to access our services.

Does leads-vendor.com offers any promotional discount?

For new service providers/ professionals, we offer a starter pack with our Gold and Platinum Membership on a yearly subscription.

Auto Renew allows service provider/professionals to automatically renew their Leads Vendor subscription packages on a rollover bases to keep their account active and visible to Leads/Customers and enable them to view potential Leads/customer and able to provide a quote for a potential task posted. 

Auto Renew is a great service provided by leads-vendor.com for ensuring service provider/professionals account is never on hold and can always respond to the leads/customer tasks post efficiently.

How do I change my card or payment details?

How to report a Lead/Customer or Service Provider/Professionals?

In order for Leaver Vendor Ltd support team to be able to investigate any concerns or issues, our support team need both the account profile details and a description of what had happen with that lead/customer or service provider/professionals – i.e., why you were concern and full documentary evidence of what had happen as much as possible. This will allow our support team to investigate in the correct way.

Leaver Vendor Ltd do not return subscription fee back to service provider/professionals nor pay back any money leads/customer whatever a lead/customer has paid partially or in full to a service provider/professionals for any task engagement, it is the sole responsibility of both parties to enter lead/customers’ terms of agreement before task engagement.  

Should a lead/customer choose not to respond to your or our queries or investigation on the basis that they choose not to respond to you or Leads Vendor Ltd support team you will have to seek independent legal advice as Leads Vendor Ltd does not work on a commission-based system. The way leads-vendor.com works is that the money you earn from the task/services you do secure via our website portal will earn you a significant return on your investment and performance and you keep all the money paid for task/service provided, customer on the other hand must negotiate price, agree a terms and condition of the engagement and payment term outside leads-vendor.com and leads-vendor.com has no involvement, control and, not liability of whatsoever with this agreement at any time.

leads-vendor.com support team can only investigate your concerns/issues between the hours of 8am and 8pm, and you must also inform us of any issues relating to our policy within 14 days of any concerns arising from any engagement with a lead/customer or service provider/professional.

How Do I Send an Attachment or New Message to a Lead/Customer with A Quote

It is free to send messages or an attachment, you can send an email to a Leads/Customer through your Portal or of your own alternative means agreed with the Leads/Customer (although, leads-vendor.com do recommend that communication via your portal will help you keep track with each leads leads). 

Should I Expect to Hear Back from Every Leads/Customer?

We cannot guarantee that every lead/customer you contact with a quote through your portal will respond to you.

Leads/customers will receive different quote from different competitive quote from other service providers/professionals. In most cases a lead/customer only replies to a quote from service provider with the most competitive price. We believe you are familiar this act, not everyone who come in your shop and ask for price will eventually buy your product, and some will buy.

Tips on how to improve your chances of getting a good deal:

  • Preset some price for your service, and upload some before and after job you have completed
  • Make sure make have some discount for your services, most especially first time Leads to attract more feedback and reviews.
  •  Make sure contents are accurate and relevant as possible on your page.
  • Respond to customers as soon as possible with clear quote and make it simple for your leads to understand for strike whilst the iron is hot.

When do I pay my next subscription?

Your subscription payment will come out of your account from the date you signed up via our portal follow by a recalling rollover payment of your choice a subscription. i.e. if you start a monthly subscription on the 1st of any month, your next subscription payment will be taken out from your account on the 1st the following month and so on until you cancel your subscription. If you choose to subscribe to our 6 monthly subscriptions on the 12th of January of any year, your next subscription payment will be taken out of your account on the 12th of July and this subscription comes with a fairly discount compare with a monthly subscription. And for our yearly subscription if you subscribe on the 23rd of august of any year, your next subscription payment will be taken out of your account in August the following year from the payment details your provided when you sign up to our portal.

What’s our subscription cancellation policy?

Your subscription with Leads Vendor is an agreement and commitment for the introductory services we render for a set timeframe you subscribe for and as such, once you subscribe, you agreed that payment is not refundable for the period you subscribe for, but you can cancel your future subscription after the agreed time you sign up for at any time.

I have tried to contact a lead/customer or service provider with an incorrect phone number or email address, what do I do?

Leadsvendor.com screens every account to prevent incorrect details being released, so this shouldn’t happen too often.

In the unlikely event that you try to contact a lead or service provider with incorrect contact details, please report this with our support team via support@leadsvendor.com to investigate. 

Following investigation, our support team will keep you undated via the contact information you have provided in your query.

How do I turn Auto Renew on or off?

You can turn Auto Renew on or off in your account at any time.

Where do I find my subscription invoices?

You will automatically receive your invoice via email. If you did not receive it please check your junk mails before contacting our support team via email – account@leadsvendor.com

How does Leads vendor screening of leads/Customers tasks post I receive Notification Works?

Leads vendor conduct a number of screening checks on all post task request on Leadsvendor.com before it’s posted.

1) Leads vendor make sure the Leads is serious about hiring someone by asking them a number of questions about their task before it’s submitted for post.

2) Leads vendor ask Leads to verify their number. If they are able to do so, Leads Vendor will then allow them to summit the task.

3) Leads vendor remove users who abuse our system and/or don’t pass any of our checks.

Our rigorous screening process eliminates worst enquiries – so you can be confident we’ll only alert you to Leads who are genuinely seeking a service providers service.

In the rare event that a task request is released and later identified as not genuine for any reason, we’ll immediately close it to ensure no one is wasting their time in responding to it.

I have received a message, email or a call saying a customer has expressed an interest, requested a quote or would like me to contact them. What does this mean and what do I do?

We call this aspect ‘Leads Linked’. After a Lead submits their Task request, our system allows Leads to view all service within their proximity with relevant service providers and their requested tasks. 

The Leads is able to view these profiles and express an interest by request a quote or ask to be contacted.

If the Leads has interacted with one of these profiles and asked to be contacted specifically, these are warmer leads, and you can consider this a green light. 

You do not have to respond to these requests if you do not wish to.

If you choose to decline such request of a lead, where the leads customer has requested you get in touch, you can as well send a polite message letting them know that you can’t help.

How do I write a great profile description?

Your service provider profile content is an excellent opportunity for you to sell your services in your own words – this should include what sets you apart from other competitors in your business.
